HarborPath Sourcing terms of service

These terms cover use of the HarborPath Sourcing website and the procurement brief you submit. The desk is an independent sourcing partner for prefabricated residential inquiries. It does not claim authorized dealer status, and it does not present itself as the manufacturer of the houses being compared. A brand name that appears in a search or in your brief is a reference you chose. It is not a statement that this desk can supply that brand.

What the desk does

The service records the use, module dimensions, loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination and scope you provide, then may send that description to factories for quotations. A submission is a request for coordination. It is not an order, a construction contract, or a reservation of inventory. Catalog names such as panelized house, volumetric module and cabin system are inquiry labels. An empty product image means a photograph has not been attached. It does not mean a unit is waiting to ship.

What stays unconfirmed

Price, lead time, stock, code compliance and compatibility with any named brand stay unconfirmed until a supplier states them for the exact system, quantity and destination. Drawings and certificates belong to the party that issued them. Naming IRC, IBC, HUD Code, ASCE 7 or AWS D1.1 on this site means you may ask whether that document applies. It does not mean the desk holds an approval, a label or a sealed calculation.

Your brief

You are responsible for the accuracy of the specification, quantity and destination you send. Optional budget figures and a high-end, mid-range, budget or undecided preference are instructions from you. They are not a rating issued by HarborPath Sourcing, and they are not a quotation already received. Do not include payment card numbers or passwords in the requirement field. If JavaScript is unavailable, write the budget and the preference in the requirement box so they travel with the submission.

Comparisons and site work

The desk does not design the foundation, does not seal engineering calculations and does not pull permits. Structural, fire and energy decisions remain with you and the licensed professionals for the project jurisdiction. Comparisons fail when one quotation is a shell and another includes transport, set crew or utilities. Read the exclusions before you treat two totals as equal. A published price list, a used-home list or a clearance figure from another publisher is not an offer from this desk.

Site content and benefit notice

Page text explains how to prepare a brief. It is not a substitute for the supplier data sheet current on the day you buy. The sourcing-support notice elsewhere on the site is limited to qualified business buyers and is confirmed only after product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements are reviewed. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell a specific house at a stated figure.

Limitation

To the extent the law allows, HarborPath Sourcing is not liable for a supplier late reply, a factory change of scope, or a loss that comes from relying on an unlabeled price. Questions about these terms can be sent through the requirement form. The form is the published contact path.
