HarborPath Sourcing privacy policy

This policy describes how HarborPath Sourcing handles the company and project details you place in a residential procurement brief. The desk uses that information to understand the house you want priced and, where you ask, to contact factories with the same written scope. It is not used to build a public profile of your project.

What you submit

The form asks for a name, a work email, an optional phone number, a company name and a procurement requirement. The requirement should describe use, dimensions, loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination and delivery timing. If you add a product interest, a budget amount or range, a currency, a per-unit or whole-order basis, or a high-end, mid-range, budget or undecided supplier preference, those notes are buyer instructions. They are merged into the requirement at submission when the browser allows it. They are not separate files stored as a rating of a factory.

What the form does not take

There is no upload control. Do not rely on the form to carry drawings, payment card numbers or account passwords. If a drawing is needed, a coordinator can tell you how to send it after the brief is read. The site does not ask you to create an account.

How the brief is used

Staff use the brief to see whether the scope is complete enough to send outward, to ask you for a missing ZIP, load or code path, and to forward the description to suppliers who may quote an alternative prefabricated house. Suppliers who receive the brief can see the project facts you included. Do not include personal information about occupants that the factory does not need in order to price the building.

Browser storage on this site

The sourcing-support notice uses local storage to remember the first time it was shown and session storage to remember if you closed the ticker during the visit. That storage is about the notice, not about the contents of your brief. Closing the ticker does not submit or delete a form.

Retention and contact

Briefs are kept long enough to coordinate the inquiry and to answer a follow-up about the same scope. HarborPath Sourcing does not publish a street address. Privacy questions go through the requirement form, with the word privacy in the requirement so the note is routed away from a product quotation. This policy sits beside the terms of service, which explain what a submission does not promise.
