Price-list questions that stay open until checked
Published lists
Often the destination, the foundation and the code edition. A list can show a starting figure for a described model and still exclude freight, tax, piers and the set. Copy the model name into your brief and mark every excluded line.
A list that prints prices still needs a date, a currency and a statement of what the figure buys. Two printed prices can differ because one is ex-works and one is set on a pier foundation. Normalize those words before you rank them.
Used and clearance figures
A used list describes a house that already exists. Age, alterations, missing documents and the cost to move it are part of the number. HarborPath Sourcing does not hold that inventory. If you want a new alternative, say new construction so factories do not answer a relocation.
Clearance language on someone else's page is their commercial condition. It is not a HarborPath offer and it is not a measured saving. Ask what is being cleared, whether the floor plan is fixed, and which site costs remain. Then compare that package with a new factory scope on the same inclusions.
Unresolved choices belong in the brief: code path, section count, finish level and who owns the foundation. Review building options or send the requirement when those choices are written, even if one of them is still marked unknown.
Bring the list, and bring the missing lines with it
Paste the model you are comparing into the requirement field. Add quantity, destination and whether the figure you saw was per home or for a whole order. The desk will not treat a screenshot as a quotation.
